Refund Policy

Donations are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund

Donations are processed via PayPal. To request a refund, email murray@rubioberry.com with the PayPal transaction ID and the email used to donate. Approved refunds are returned via PayPal to your original payment method.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
